1. Eligibility Criteria

• Returnable Items:
  • New, unused products with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged items upon receipt (please provide photos as proof).
• Non – Returnable Items:
  • Custom – made or personalized plush toys.
  • Clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Items used beyond normal inspection or damaged due to improper care.

2. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

2. Receive Return Instructions:
   • We will provide a return shipping address and any necessary forms.
3. Ship the Item:
   • Use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number.
   • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refund Process

• Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 – 5 business days.
• Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Timeline: Refunds may take an additional 3 – 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will either provide a full refund, send a replacement, or issue a store credit at your request.

7. International Orders

• Return shipping costs for international orders are non – refundable.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for refund.
